Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Product Manager, AI Solutions to join our AI Solutions team within Operations & Technology. In this role, you will work on enterprise products and agents utilizing Generative AI to create impactful solutions. This role will involve product management, cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning, hands-on execution, and leadership, ensuring that our products meet both organizational goals and stakeholder needs.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholder community, including Program Management, Product, Engineering, Scrum, and leadership, to scope, develop, and implement GenAI products.
  • Develop a deep understanding of stakeholder needs to define detailed, actionable requirements and write user stories for engineering work.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define and sustain an outcome-based roadmap grounded in customer insights and business priorities.
  • Perform product testing to ensure functionality, accuracy, and performance as well as conduct demos.
  • Own and maintain products, utilizing feedback to iterate and refine features continuously.

Strategic Execution & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Drive the execution of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and long-range plans.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders (including vendors) throughout the end-to-end GenAI use case lifecycle.
  • Prepare and deliver decks, reports, metrics, recommendations, and other resources to stakeholders and executives.

Innovation:

  • Stay informed on emerging AI, LLM, machine learning, and similar technologies as well as the latest vendor offerings.
  • Contribute to identifying reusable enterprise GenAI patterns to streamline future implementations.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance products, improve operational processes, and drive overall efficiency.
  • Additional duties as needed.
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 5+ years of related professional experience (e.g., experience in product management or development, ideally with a focus on AI)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in managing LLM based Conversational agents.
  • Exceptional product management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, UI/UX principles, and conversational AI technologies.

  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships and foster partnerships across teams.
  • Advanced technical, quantitative, analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
