Noctrix Health is redefining the treatment of chronic neurological disorders with clinically validated therapeutic wearables. Our team of medical device specialists, neuroscientists, and consumer electronics engineers is dedicated to delivering prescription-grade therapy with an outstanding user experience. We have pioneered the world's first drug-free wearable therapy, clinically proven to alleviate symptoms in adults with drug-resistant Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS). The Product Manager plays a critical role in the design, development, and management of a specific product or product portfolio, guiding it from concept through production, launch, and end-of-life. Acting as a key liaison between design, process, manufacturing, quality, and marketing teams, this role ensures a seamless transition from production to distribution while driving strategic product initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership to define strategic product plans and objectives
  • Develop and implement functional strategies and systems to support product innovation
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business planning to guide pipeline development and expansion opportunities
  • Lead cross-functional teams through project planning, design reviews, customer feedback sessions, and go-to-market strategies
  • Identify and document unmet customer needs in existing and new markets to inform product innovation
  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and launch plans in partnership with internal teams
  • Support Product Development to ensure timely and regulatory-compliant documentation
  • Create training materials, product literature, sales collateral, and other assets to support product launches
  • Collaborate with operations and procurement teams to manage forecasting, inventory, and supply chain needs
  • Serve as a product expert, supporting key customer engagements and company events.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable U.S. and international regulations through ongoing training and adherence to best practices
  • Represent the company professionally, upholding ethical business standards in all interactions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management or a related field, preferably in Medical Devices
  • Demonstrated success in new product introduction and lifecycle management
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to drive collaboration across teams
  • Advanced project management, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Ability to travel up to 20% as needed

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed
  • Regularly lift/move up to 10 lbs; occasionally lift/move up to 25 lbs
