The Senior Product Manager, Marketing Analytics Platforms will lead the product vision, roadmap, governance, and enterprise adoption of Boston Scientific's marketing analytics platform ecosystem, with primary responsibilities for Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). The role partners with Marketing, IT, Data Engineering, Adobe, and implementation partners to deliver scalable analytics capabilities that enable self-service insights, standardized measurement, and data-driven decision-making.

The role reports to the Director, Marketing Analytics & Insights.

 

Work model, sponsorship, relocation:

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local Marlborough, Massachausets or Arden Hills, Minnesota office at least three days per week. Your responsibilities will include:

 

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and execute the vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for Boston Scientific's enterprise marketing analytics platform ecosystem, with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics as the primary platform focus.
  • Prioritize enhancements that support stakeholder reporting, marketing optimization, customer journey visibility, digital experience measurement, and enterprise marketing priorities.
  • Evaluate Adobe Experience Platform capabilities, Adobe Experience Cloud innovations, AI advancements, and industry trends to evolve the marketing analytics ecosystem.

Product Management & Delivery

  • Own backlog prioritization, delivery alignment, stakeholder communications, and value realization for marketing analytics platforms.
  • Partner with business, digital, technical, Adobe, and implementation teams to define requirements for dashboards, workspaces, metrics, dimensions, derived fields, data views, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Translate complex business questions into actionable analytics solutions, including cross-channel reporting across paid, email, direct, web, and other engagement data.
  • Evolve CJA capabilities by identifying new reporting needs, improving data usability, and making analytics outputs accessible to stakeholders.
  • Monitor analytics quality and operational health through governance, QA, validation, and continuous refinement of CJA configurations and reporting outputs.

Platform Governance & Adoption

  • Establish governance standards for KPIs, dimensions, calculated metrics, naming conventions, documentation, and workspace design.
  • Develop training, documentation, hold monthly office hours, and best practices to drive consistent enterprise adoption.
  • Partner with Marketing, Business Units, IT, Data Engineering, and Privacy teams to promote consistent platform usage, reliable data quality, and responsible analytics practices.
  • Creation of adoption scorecards for each BU to ensure they are taking full advantage of the tool.

Cross-functional Leadership

  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, resolve trade-offs, and deliver measurable value.
  • Lead roadmap planning, product demonstrations, governance discussions, executive communications, and stakeholder forums.
  • Develop business cases and executive storytelling that connect CJA investments to marketing optimization, attribution, buyer journey analysis, and long-term value.
  • Support customer identity strategy, data ingestion, connection health, instrumentation priorities, data model alignment, privacy requirements, and cross-channel measurement.

Innovation

  • Champion modern measurement practices, including customer journey analytics, attribution, experimentation, personalization, and AI-powered insights.
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes, simplify reporting, improve time to insight, and accelerate marketing effectiveness.
  • Lead the strategy and development of agentic AI and conversational analytics capabilities that make data more accessible, actionable, and impactful for commercial teams.

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Marketing Technology, Digital Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related fields.
  • Experience leading implementation, launch, or ongoing evolution of Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or a comparable enterprise analytics platform.
  • Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Platform, Customer Journey Analytics, attribution, customer journey analysis, digital experience optimization, and enterprise data architecture.
  • Experience partnering with Data Engineering and IT on data ingestion, identity resolution, data quality, external data integration, and cross-channel measurement.
  • Experience with analytics governance, QA, validation, and operational health monitoring.
  • Experience translating business objectives into requirements, user stories, analytics outputs, roadmap priorities, and Agile backlog practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect platform capabilities to business outcomes and measurable value.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills, including the ability to influence without direct authority.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud tools such as Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Real-Time CDP, or Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or enterprise marketing technology ecosystems.
  • Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or life sciences.
  • Agile Product Owner, Scrum, or Product Management certification.
