Here on the Apple Store Online team, we are responsible for Apple’s largest store. Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Apple is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the Apple Store Online Product Team to lead some of Apple Retail’s most significant growth initiatives. This team is responsible for building seamless, personalized, and innovative digital commerce experiences and capabilities for all our online customers.
This is a technical role that links between business, design, and engineering to bring to life incredible products for our customers.
Description
This role will develop product strategies, identify opportunities, and design solutions to enable agentic commerce experiences that uphold Apple’s privacy values. You will lead a cross-functional team including business, marketing, design, data science, and engineering to deliver on the strategies that you create.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in technology consulting, technology strategy, and/or a product development role
Track record of designing and delivering personalized experiences, incorporating the latest generative AI capabilities and user experience standards.
Experience with Apple OS frameworks, AI toolkits, and Human Interface Guidelines.
Ability to lead significant digital transformations, including adopting new technology platforms and defining operational processes.
Capable of moving from high-level conceptual ideas to detailed, systematically organized plans and implementations.
Proven ability to translate complex information into concise, and compelling narratives appropriate for different stakeholders, fostering alignment across all organizational levels.
Demonstrates Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities, helping create an environment by respecting differences and having a curiosity to learn.
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years Product Management experience driving e-commerce or consumer digital experiences in a revenue-driven organization.
Proficient in web technologies, large-scale service architectures, and app platforms.
Experience leveraging data and insights to deliver customer-facing digital products and capabilities globally.
BA/BS in Computer Science or a technical degree, or10+ years of relevant professional experience.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $203,300 and $305,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
