Enterprise Mobility is excited to announce the opening of a Product Manager on our Global Product team focusing on our Truck Rental suite of products!

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a team working on what the future of Enterprise looks like! Our Global Product Team is currently looking for a Product Manager to support the Truck Rental Portfolio.

In general, Product Managers are responsible for leading product development efforts through design, build, launch, and monitor while ensuring business strategies and objectives are achieved.  This role will analyze the competitive landscape, manage product strategy, manage a product roadmap, and monitor product performance. The Product Manager will also be responsible for establishing effective partnerships across all departments including various Business teams, IT, and more. 

The Product Manager supporting our Truck Rental suite of products will work with several existing and emerging technologies within Enterprise Mobility. This role will also collaborate across the department, partnering with the Risk and Vehicle Operations teams, and working closely with the Truck Operations Support team.

We are looking for creative and detail-oriented thinkers who are capable of managing multiple efforts, prioritizing effectively, seeking and applying feedback, and collaborating cross-team to move initiatives forward. Excellent communication skills are a must - the ideal candidates will excel at distilling complex information into digestible summaries, visualizing workflows, interpreting stakeholder needs, and leveraging storytelling to influence others and gain buy-in.

This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

Customer & Market Insight

  • Understand and advocate for customer needs alongside business goals, representing this perspective in day-to-day decisions
  • Gather market insights through primary research with field operations and business partners, as well as secondary research
  • Identify customer needs by engaging directly with users, monitoring feedback tools, and collaborating cross-functionally
  • Monitor product performance using key performance indicators and benchmark against industry standards

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define the problem space and develop compelling business cases, product vision, and strategy aligned with company objectives
  • Review and refine product specifications to ensure alignment with strategic goals and commercial viability
  • Generate, evaluate, and prioritize new ideas, promoting those that drive critical business outcomes and product features

Roadmap & Prioritization

  • Partner with Product Strategy, Development, Customer Experience, and UX teams to define and prioritize the product roadmap
  • Own prioritization of product enhancements, ensuring customer and stakeholder feedback is effectively integrated into roadmap decisions

Product Development & Execution

  • Actively participate in agile development processes, including planning, refinement, sprints, scrums, retrospectives, and user acceptance testing
  • Lead implementation of product development initiatives with internal teams and third-party vendors, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with Implementation and Communications teams to support product launches and drive adoption
  • Ensure product readiness for market launch, delivering high-value solutions aligned with lifecycle and agile methodologies

Stakeholder Communication & Alignment

  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and initiative status updates to stakeholders
  • Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams and maintain visibility into progress, priorities, and outcomes

Qualifications

Required:

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree (Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or applicable field preferred)
  • Must have 4+ years' experience as a Product Owner or Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Business Analyst
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
