This is Mid to senior role combining business analysis and solution architecture
• Focused on building an agentic AI chatbot solution on Microsoft Azure
• Primary purpose is to enable conversational access to R&D and formulation data stored in existing relational databases
• Deep engagement with food & beverage consumer packaged goods (CPG) R&D, formulation, and product development teams
• Role emphasizes requirements discovery, scope expansion, and identifying new AI-enabled opportunities beyond initial use cases
• Acts as a bridge between scientific users, business stakeholders, and technical delivery teams

Key Responsibilities:
"•Proactively lead client communications, interviews, and workshops.
•Engage R&D, formulation, and innovation stakeholders to understand:
oFormulation development and optimization workflows
oPain points in accessing and interpreting data
•Elicit, analyze, and document:
oFunctional and non-functional requirements
oUser stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
•Create, manage, and groom backlog.
•Translate business and scientific needs into:
oClear solution designs and architectural inputs
oBacklog items and delivery-ready requirements
•Lead architecture and design of:
oUIs, UX workflows, paper prototyping, etc.
oAzure-based agentic AI systems
