Job description

Location: 7070 American Veterans Pkwy. Middleburg Heights, OH 44130
Schedule: Hybrid (2 days/week onsite) if within driving distance
Overview: Quadax, an award-winning leader in healthcare revenue cycle technology, is seeking a Product Manager to help advance our next-generation, agentic, exception-based revenue cycle solution. You will serve as the primary owner of Contract Management, driving the evolution of our capabilities in reimbursement accuracy, and automated exception handling. In addition, you will also influence and support a range of Accounts Receivable (AR) functions driving high-priority initiatives as needed, partnering closely with engineering, operations, and client stakeholders to shape product vision into high value solutions. Local Candidates preferred. Able to hire remote employees only in: OH, PA, MI, IN, KY, WV, WI, AL, TN, GA, FL, TX, MO, NE, SC, SD, NE, or NC. Visa sponsorship not available
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform research to inform product strategy (market, competitive, sales, clients, users, etc.)
  • Prioritize features in the backlog, taking into account key factors (e.g., new revenue, revenue retention, cost reduction, etc.).
  • Define feature-level requirements, including acceptance criteria
  • Define KPIs to measure success (e.g., reimbursement accuracy, reduced manual effort, throughput targets)
  • Engage in cross-company initiatives
  • Help drive in-sprint work in collaboration with Product Owner and Scrum Master
  • Develop value-based pricing and packaging strategies.
  • Develop scalable strategies to transition clients from current state to goal state solution. Create tools and conduct training sessions so others at Quadax can contribute to this process.
  • Drive the adoption of your products through your personal effort and/or creating tools for all parties (Marketing, Sales, Client Services and Support).
  • Support the business development and sales process through demo-support and onsite visits.
  • Manage relationship with related vendor(s).

Education/Experience:
  • 5 years experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle including Contract & AR Management required
  • Experience in business analysis or in an agile software environment preferred (3+ years)
  • Strong technical skills - Ability to understand how systems/applications work
  • Comfortable speaking in public to small and large groups
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to set and follow priorities and effective time management
  • Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
  • Travel to client sites as required (<5% Travel is typical)
