What are the roles of a Product Manager Co?

Product Manager Co roles typically refer to entry-level or associate product management positions, often labeled as 'Product Manager, Co-op' or 'Product Manager, College.' These roles are designed for students or recent graduates who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in product management. Individuals in these positions work closely with senior product managers and cross-functional teams to assist in developing, launching, and improving products. Their responsibilities may include conducting market research, gathering user feedback, supporting product strategy, and helping coordinate project timelines. These roles provide a foundational understanding of the product lifecycle and help individuals build the skills necessary for a full-time product management career.

What are some common challenges a Product Manager Co faces when balancing stakeholder expectations and product vision?

Balancing input from executives, engineering, marketing, and customers can sometimes lead to conflicting priorities or scope creep.
