Motivated and curious Product Manager Co-op to join our team and help shape the future of our products. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional partners, contribute to product strategy, and support the delivery of features that solve real customer problems. This is an excellent opportunity to learn how product decisions are made and how, products come to life, and how products need to be supported during their lifecycle.
The Co-op Product Manager role, under guidance from the Product Manager, plays a role in managing the performance, and lifecycle of assigned product lines through end-of-life cycle to drive optimize profit, sales and brand objectives.
This position reports to the Product Manager. This position is based in Menomonee Falls, WI.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist in defining product requirements and success metrics.
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform product decisions.
  • Analyze user feedback and usage data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the creation of product documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and QA to ensure smooth feature development.
  • Gather and synthesize customer insights through interviews, surveys, and analytics.
  • Monitor product performance and help identify trends or issues.
  • Maximization of performance of product line(s) as measured via orders / sales growth, profitability and cash-flow generation.
  • Adherence to product line base cost and margin targets.
  • Manage SKU rationalization and line harvesting.
  • Works with sales and marketing team to develop and refine the product line go to market strategy.
  • Create and/ or support the creation of training materials and lead training sessions to educate customers and sales personnel on product technical features and benefits.
  • Involvement in other projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
  • Must write clearly, informatively, and logically, and have the ability to vary writing style to meet the needs of the audience.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with an emphasis on building strong team relationships.
  • Proactive, creative work style and a self-starter.
  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office suite) required.

Working Conditions:
While performing the job duties, you will be working on-site at a manufacturing facility and will perform the majority of your duties in an office environment. You may, at times, be required to be present on the manufacturing floor and will be required to wear the appropriate personal protective equipment. You will be required to work in the office at the Bradley location (Monday - Friday). Your scheduled work hours will be communicated to you by your manager.

Specific physical abilities required for this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Ability to remain seated at a desk or workstation for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks like typing on a keyboard or using a mouse for extended periods.
  • Ability to physically move around the office, organize or transport files, packages, or other office-related materials.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry light objects, such as office supplies, documents, or small equipment.
