WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Apparel Product Manager is responsible for managing the product line strategy and execution for assigned Club apparel categories, aligning design, merchandising, and production teams to deliver commercially successful, on-time product.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own product strategy and lifecycle management for assigned categories
  • Coordinate production on timeline and cost feasibility
  • Present product strategy and performance to leadership
  • Manage pricing and margin targets for assigned product lines
  • Collaborate cross functionally with merchandising, planning, design, and technical design to achieve best product results from all angles of the business.
  • Anticipate and proactively tackle potential raw material, margin, sourcing, and execution issues.
  • Supervise negotiations, product development, adoption, sourcing, vendor allocation and production processes across multiple market and product development vendors.
  • Manage team of product development and production professionals.

ABOUT YOU
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years apparel product management experience, licensed/team apparel preferred
  • Strong project management skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing multi-category product lines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of apparel manufacturing processes, textile sourcing, and product development.
  • Familiarity with product development software such as Adobe Illustrator and PLM systems.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with licensed or team sports apparel
  • Proficiency in Excel and PLM systems
