Title and Summary

Specialist, Product ManagementOverview
Mastercard's Network Products team is responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and high-performance payment capabilities across a global ecosystem. In North America (NAM), the team focuses on strengthening core network products, expanding acceptance, and enabling new use cases to drive growth and customer value.
US Maestro is key within the Mastercard US, supporting transaction processing, merchant acceptance, and customer experiences across the U.S. market.
This role will contribute to the development, performance analysis, and operational execution of US Maestro within the North America region. The individual will work closely with product managers, engineering teams, and cross-functional partners to support the growth, optimization, and expansion of US Maestro capabilities across the network ecosystem.
Role
As a Specialist, Network Products - US Maestro, you will support the execution and growth of US Maestro by contributing to product development, analyzing performance, and enabling successful rollout of enhancements across the network.
Key responsibilities include:
Support development and enhancement of US Maestro product capabilities, including transaction processing, routing, and acceptance features
Analyze product and network performance metrics (e.g., transaction volumes, approval rates, processing trends) to identify growth and optimization opportunities
Contribute to product lifecycle activities, including requirements documentation, testing, pilot support, and implementation
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and regional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution
Support expansion of US Maestro acceptance across merchants, acquirers, and issuers
Assist in onboarding and rollout activities for new product capabilities and enhancements
Conduct impact assessments to evaluate changes across network services and customer experience
Develop and maintain product documentation, reporting dashboards, and insights for leadership updates
Support go-to-market enablement efforts, including preparation of materials and stakeholder coordination
Contribute to cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency and enhance transaction performance
All About You
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in payments, product management, technology, or operations roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of debit products and payment network fundamentals (authorization, clearing, and settlement)
Familiarity with product lifecycle management
Experience with transaction processing, routing, or acceptance-related technologies
Exposure to data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
Understanding of customer journey mapping and product design principles

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay Ranges

O'Fallon, Missouri: $83,000 - $137,000 USD
