HIGH VISIBILITY ROLE - ENGINEERING LEADERSHIP - NPD
The TRG Growth Practice is current engaged by a top Manufacturing client that is looking to identify a Global Director of Engineering, Product Development & Innovation to step in and lead a dynamic product innovation group and high-growth vertical within their global business. Division HQ is Southern Wisconsin - with a footprint throughout North America and Europe. Hybrid with Travel.
Reporting into a Business Unit President this role will drive strategic growth initiatives in a high-impact, high-visibility side of their business. We need someone with strengths in:
  • New Product Development (NPD)
  • Product & Process Excellence
  • Product Innovation & Development Tools/Road mapping
  • Team Building and Management
