At Brunswick, we have passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver.

Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.
Required Qualifications:

  • Experience working with both hardware and software products.
  • Experience creating technical documentation, installation guides, training materials, or knowledge-base content.
  • Experience supporting product launches, product updates, and customer-facing technical communications.
  • Experience collaborating with Engineering, Product Management, Technical Support, Sales, and customers.
  • Comfortable working across global teams and time zones.

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive, continuous improvement mindset.
  • Highly organised and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Confident presenting, training, and facilitating discussions with technical and non-technical audiences alike.
  • Passion for technology and helping customers succeed.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Marine Technology, Computer Science, Technical Communications, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Understanding of marine electrical systems, digital switching, networking, control systems, or connected technologies is highly desirable.

Working Conditions:
  • Travel 40% of the time

The hiring range for this position is $62,800 - $90,500 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary based on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business context.
