Position Summary

Thales is looking for a Sales Enablement โ€“ Application Security Program Manager who plays a crucial role in equipping the global sales organization with the knowledge, resources, and tools for sellers to sell Application Security products effectively. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales enablement programs that focus on Thalesโ€™ Application Security product offerings, enabling sellers to articulate the value proposition that addresses prospect and customer needs.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Drive Adoption of Product Knowledge: Ensure the sales team meets competency requirements and achieves sales goals by building comprehensive enablement programs focused on product expertise.

Provide Subject Matter Expertise: Develop and deliver product enablement materials and training sessions to equip the sales team with essential knowledge and skills.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with Product, Product Marketing, and Sales Enablement colleagues to supply the sales team with the necessary knowledge, tools, and resources for effective product sales.

Develop Global, Regional and Segment-Specific Programs: Create tailored product enablement programs that deliver customer value across various regions and segments.

Create Field Assets: Create enablement for field resources such as pitch decks, competitive research, discovery, product knowledge, and domain knowledge within Thalesโ€™ Application Security product line.

Measure Program Impact: Utilize reporting tools to assess the performance of campaigns and programs, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

Extensive Experience: 8+ combined years in sales enablement or product enablement, with a proven track record of creating innovative and impactful seller enablement programs.

Stakeholder Relationship Management: Show proven success in managing relationships with key stakeholders across various departments.

Program Management Skills: Exhibit strong program management experience in product enablement with demonstrated success in running multiple programs at the same time.

Exceptional Communication: Possess excellent communication skills with a history of successful cross-functional collaboration.

Continuous Learning Attitude: Demonstrate a desire to learn, build, and educate, while staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.

Exceptional Presentation Skills: Exhibit strong presentation skills, with experience facilitating in person and VILT sessions at scale (experience presenting at conferences).

Preferred Qualifications

Industry Knowledge: Demonstrate understanding of Application Security go-to-market strategies, marketing, and digital trends.

Strong Product Strategy: Experience working with product teams & marketing to launch new products and features, from Beta to GA.

Technical Proficiency: Have working knowledge of content management systems, such as Allego, and other relevant sales enablement tools.

The reference Total Target Compensation (TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between Total Target Cash (TTC) 112,866.00 - 231,150.00 USD Annual This reflects how companies in a similar industry and geographic region generally pay for similar jobs. This range helps the Company make pay decisions as one data point among many. Where a position falls within this range is also dependent on other factors including โ€“ but not limited to โ€“ the employeeโ€™s career path history, competencies, skills and performance, as well as the companyโ€™s annual salary budget, the customerโ€™s program requirements, and the companyโ€™s internal equity. Thales may offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicantโ€™s status protected by local, state, or federal law.
