Job description


  • Equip the global sales organization with knowledge, resources, and tools to sell Application Security products effectively

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs focused on Thales’ Application Security products

  • Build comprehensive enablement programs focused on product expertise and sales competency requirements

  • Develop and deliver product enablement materials and training sessions

  • Partner with Product, Product Marketing, and Sales Enablement colleagues to provide knowledge, tools, and resources

  • Create global, regional, and segment-specific product enablement programs

  • Create field assets including pitch decks, competitive research, discovery resources, product knowledge, and domain knowledge

  • Use reporting tools to measure campaign and program performance against sales objectives


Requirements

  • 8+ combined years in sales enablement or product enablement

  • Proven track record of creating innovative and impactful seller enablement programs

  • Proven success in managing relationships with key stakeholders across various departments

  • Strong program management experience in product enablement, with demonstrated success running multiple programs simultaneously

  • Excellent communication skills and successful cross-functional collaboration experience

  • Desire to learn, build, and educate while staying current with industry trends and best practices

  • Strong presentation skills, including experience facilitating in-person and VILT sessions at scale and presenting at conferences

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer at the time of hire

  • Position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or assuming sponsorship of an employment visa now or in the future

  • Understanding of Application Security go-to-market strategies, marketing, and digital trends

  • Experience working with product teams and marketing to launch new products and features from Beta to GA

  • Working knowledge of content management systems such as Allego and other relevant sales enablement tools

  • Successful completion of a post-offer background check
