Title: Strategic Field Enablement Lead
Location: Chicago IL 60611 (Open to remote anywhere in the US (onsite for team events), preferable someone close to an office location.)
Duration: 24 months
Duties:
This role is responsible for driving the regional adoption and reinforcement of global enablement initiatives across product enablement, sales skills, and partner readiness programs . Acting as the bridge between the field and the Global Channel Enablement team , this individual will partner closely with CAMs, regional sales leaders, and partner sellers to improve readiness, strengthen sales execution, and surface regional feedback that informs future enablement strategy.
The ideal candidate brings strong sales enablement experience , credibility with field teams , and a practical understanding of channel sales motions, partner ecosystems, and enterprise selling environments.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Enablement Execution
โ€ข Own and execute the NA and EMEA enablement roadmap aligned to GTM priorities and regional business needs
โ€ข Drive adoption and reinforcement of global enablement initiatives across CAMs and partner organizations
โ€ข Partner with regional sales leaders to identify capability gaps, field challenges, and enablement opportunities
โ€ข Build trusted relationships with regional sales leaders and CAMs to understand business priorities, identify capability gaps, and influence adoption of enablement initiatives
โ€ข Participate in partner QBRs, partner calls, and customer engagements to gather field insight and improve enablement relevance
Product & Sales Enablement
โ€ข Maintain strong working knowledge of Acrobat Studio, Creative Cloud, Firefly, VIP Marketplace, buying programs, promotions, and Client's AI positioning
โ€ข Reinforce product messaging, sales plays, and demo narratives developed by the Global Product Enablement Manager
โ€ข Support regional rollout and adoption of product launches and GTM priorities
โ€ข Facilitate enablement sessions, coaching discussions, and practical reinforcement activities
โ€ข Gather and communicate regional feedback on seller readiness, customer conversations, and competitive dynamics
Sales Skills Reinforcement
โ€ข Support reinforcement of strategic sales capabilities including value-based selling, AI positioning and differentiation, competitive displacement, executive-level customer conversations, sales storytelling, and discovery
โ€ข Partner with the Skills Development Manager to identify regional capability gaps and reinforcement needs
โ€ข Contribute field insights and recommendations that support the evolution of global learning programs and sales capability frameworks
Cross-Functional Partnership
โ€ข Work closely with the Global Product Enablement Manager and Skills Development Manager to ensure alignment between product readiness, sales capability, and regional business priorities
โ€ข Serve as the regional voice of the field, ensuring feedback from NA and EMEA continuously informs global enablement priorities, learning investments, and program improvements
Metrics & Impact
  1. Track enablement participation, credential completion, and learner engagement
  2. Capture feedback and measure skill progression and readiness improvements
  3. Partner with Sales Operations and leadership teams to connect enablement efforts to business impact and pipeline influence

Skills:
  1. 5+ years' experience in Sales Enablement, Channel Enablement, Sales Training, Partner Enablement, Channel Sales, or related roles
  2. Experience supporting channel sales organizations, partner ecosystems, or indirect sales models
  3. Demonstrated understanding of enterprise sales processes and partner-led sales motions
  4. Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage both internal and external audiences
  5. Proven ability to build credibility and influence senior sales leaders, stakeholders, and partner organizations
  6. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills within complex, matrixed global organizations
  7. Ability to translate business priorities into practical enablement strategies and measurable outcomes
  8. Experience designing, executing, and reinforcing enablement programs that drive seller readiness and adoption
  9. Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, GTM, Product Marketing, Operations, and Enablement teams
  10. Familiarity with enablement platforms such as MindTickle, ALM, Highspot, Seismic, or similar systems preferred

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Adult Learning, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience is acceptable.
