A product development and engineering consultancy in Wilmington, MA is hiring a full-time, hybrid Project Manager to lead client-facing product development programs across robotics, automation, and life sciences. You'll manage schedules, budgets, resources, and cross-functional engineering teams using tools like MS Project, Jira, Asana, and ERP systems.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning projects from kickoff through delivery while working directly with innovative clients and engineering teams. You'll have visibility across the entire product development lifecycle and play a key role in driving project success and client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience
  • 4+ years on product development engineering teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent field
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, and project risks
  • Strong client-facing communication skills
