Intralox, LLC is currently seeking a Project Manager for the Development Engineering Team in the Equipment platform. This individual will be primarily responsible for managing projects through Intralox's product development process- from ideation to fielded solutions. This Project Manager will work in our Baltimore , Maryland office to support our new product development team in the creation of innovative, high-value solutions for challenging real-world problems.
This Project Manager will be working with driven and talented people across multiple departments . For a person to be successful in this role, they need to be highly motivated to learn new things, enjoy navigating complexity and demonstrate a wide degree of creativity.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements
R esponsibilities :
  • Manages pr oduct d evelopment p rojects in accordance with Intralox development processes .
  • Develops, monitors , and controls a detailed project plan that includes a scope of work and schedule.
  • Plans, directs, and manages project related tasks.
  • Work with internal stakeholders, commercial team and customers to determine requirements of projects.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for all project stakeholders and communicate information at the right time, to the right audience .
  • Conduct r isk a ssessment on projects and mitigate risks for work that is activated.
  • Manage s project team capacity , identifies resource constraints and facilitates prioritization and trade off dec isions with the appropriate stakeholders .
  • Apply expert level project management concepts, practices, and procedures to drive project work to completion .

Requirements
  • B.S. or B.A. from an accredited university
  • 5+ years Project Management experience
  • Understanding of Project Management processes and best practices
  • Experience working in cross functional teams
  • Proficient with MS Project, Word, Excel and AutoCAD
  • Effective communication (verbal and written)
  • Strong i nterpersonal skills with engineering groups, operations groups, customers, suppliers, and contractors
  • Travel Required (~10%)
Desired Qualifications
  • PMP or formal Project Management training
  • Product Development Project experience
  • Experience working in manufacturing organizations
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Working knowledge of Smartsheet

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Intralox considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training and key skills. The position is eligible for one of the following: commissions, discretionary incentives, or production incentives according to the terms of those plans
Salary Range $60,700 to $164,900.
