Position Summary
Ambilabs is seeking a skilled and motivated Electronics Technician to join our growing team in Warren, Rhode Island. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience troubleshooting electronics, repairing instruments, and supporting product development activities. This role is primarily onsite and may require occasional travel.
Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electronic instruments and assemblies
  • Perform hands-on electronics testing and validation during product development
  • Use diagnostic equipment including multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other test instruments
  • Assemble, modify, and repair electronic and electro‑mechanical components
  • Safely and effectively use hand tools and power tools
  • Support engineering teams with prototype builds and iterative design improvements
  • Document repairs, test results, and procedures
  • Travel as needed to support customers, testing, or development activities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred
  • Strong hands-on experience with electronics troubleshooting and instrument repair
  • Proficiency using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and general lab equipment
  • Comfortable working with hand tools and power tools
  • Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
