GMCC Welling is a Midea company who is specialized in ‘humanizing’ our latest technology and providing core component solutions for household appliances, automobile industrial control and the 3C industry with a high precision levels.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain the R&D technical roadmap for commercial ECM motors in North America, ensuring the product’s technical architecture remains competitive.

- Gather and analyze real-time market intelligence and competitive information, conducting thorough competitive analysis to enhance the product’s competitive edge through regular customer engagement visits.

- Provide technical guidance and support for research projects related to the manufacturing of commercial ECM air conditioning motors for the North American market.

- Mentor and train the North American commercial R&D team, offering both regular and ad-hoc technical guidance as needed.

Requirements:

- In-depth experience in ECM motor development.

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields, with over 10 years of experience in R&D positions within the air conditioning or motor industry.

- Expertise in air conditioning motor product design and manufacturing theories and technologies.

- Strong proficiency in motor evaluation systems, including air conditioning systems, motors, noise control, and electrical erosion.

- Deep understanding of industry trends, with proven ability in technology planning, product innovation, and achieving breakthrough advancements.
