Job description

Warehouse Associate

Join our team as a Warehouse Associate and play a key role in supporting the operations of a fast-paced beverage distribution company. In this position, you will be responsible for loading and unloading delivery trucks, stacking product to prevent damage, picking and restocking inventory, maintaining warehouse organization, and ensuring products are delivered to designated staging areas accurately and safely.

We provide opportunities for advancement through training and development programs, including forklift certification, driver training, inventory control, order fulfillment, and other operational roles throughout the company.

Sign-On Bonus: New hires are eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus, payable after successfully completing 90 consecutive days of employment in good standing.

Essential Functions
  • Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Stack and secure products according to company standards to prevent damage during transit.
  • Load cases from pallets/bins onto the conveyor.
  • Operate tablets and scanners to account for loaded products.
  • Pick, stage, and organize customer orders accurately.
  • Restock products into designated warehouse locations.
  • Deliver products, supplies, and equipment to assigned staging areas within the warehouse.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as authorized.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Report inventory discrepancies, damaged product, or equipment concerns to management.
  • Assist with warehouse projects and other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Dependable with excellent attendance and time management skills.
  • Previous warehouse, logistics, distribution, or material handling experience preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic mathematical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check, physical examination, and drug screening.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and professional environment.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds.
