1.Customer service is a priority - moments take precedence over task
2.Assist customers with sale of goods including: Provide product information. Answer product questions. Recommend products. Retrieve products from locked cabinets.
3.Full completion of standard 'floor' associate type work, including but not limited to: Deep zone, CAP/VizPick Process, PinPoint process, Price changes, Feature to home, Zoning.
4.Setting and completion of modular
5.Promote - Charity events, Promote Walmart Mastercard, Promote Walmart Protection Plan, Promote OMNI extended aisle offering.
6.Product Launches -in-store Product Launch of high complexity, training/advising other areas of the store as necessary.
