Graphic Designer - Summer Intern Position

We are excited to announce that we are currently seeking a Summer Intern - Graphic Designer to join our team. This role will be an important part of our Design Team. We are seeking a creative and technically savvy designer to help create branding, signage, collateral, and promotional items for apartment complexes.

This position is for the summer of 2026 to help us through our busy season. July and August.

$20 per hour depending on experience

Schedule

Full-time hours Monday-Thursday 8:30 - 5:30 P.M.; Early end time on Friday 8:30 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.

This role is 100% in office (El Dorado Hills, CA)


Core Duties & Responsibilities

Create business cards, flags, flyers, promo items and more

Follow established style guidelines and templates

Understand a plethora of different products and materials

Attend office meetings with new ideas

Organize files on Google Drive

Communicate with Design Lead, Account Executive and Customer Service Coordinator


Required Skills and Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator

Bachelor's degree in graphic design in progress

Skilled with Google Drive

Proficient in making print ready files
