Job description

Design and develop user interfaces and digital product flows, including wireframes, mock-ups, high-fidelity prototypes, and final UI specifications for web and mobile applications. Lead the entire product design lifecycle: gather requirements, conduct user research and usability testing, synthesize user feedback and analytics, iterate on design, and deliver production-ready designs. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders to define product requirements, design strategy, and roadmap. Maintain and evolve a design system to ensure consistent, accessible, and scalable UI across multiple products and platforms. Provide design leadership and mentorship: review design work of junior designers, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to best practices in UX, interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility. Translate business needs, technical constraints, and user needs into intuitive, user-centered design solutions. Work with engineering and development teams to ensure feasibility and accurate implementation of designs, and participate in design QA as needed.

The position also requires knowledge of web content accessibility guidelines (WCAG)
