  • ensure that the demonstration kiosk is strategically located in the sales area of the supermarket (busy area, proximity to the product being tasted, etc.);
  • adequately plan the complete logistics necessary for the smooth operation of the demonstration (supplies, stove, meal period, rest period, etc.)
