As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Strategic Execution team within Payments Business Transformation, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value. You will problem solve, create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. The projects you will be engaged in, are strategically important to the Payments organization and may be across Product, Sales, Onboarding & Implementations.
Job responsibilities
  • Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies including intake, requirements gathering, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities.
  • Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
  • Participates in a range of strategic and tactical initiatives that support improved client experience and business execution.
  • Supports global business development opportunities such as new markets, new product rollout, new deals, issue resolution, cross functional productivity.
  • Improves the client experience by designing solutions to meet client needs (e.g. improve onboarding, ensure cross business client service issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner).
  • Executes quantitative analyses to identity key themes and insights, including ability to source relevant datasets, determine critical components and build appropriate models / outputs.
  • Develops executive level presentations to convey key points.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
  • Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
  • Experience in product deployment processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Data analytics and management skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Experience in wholesale banking with understanding of the TS/wholesale payments business and products
  • Bachelor's degree
