Job Summary:

As a Senior Associate Product Delivery Manager in Consumer Branded Card Product, you will work directly with the Head of Operations to drive best practices for product delivery to be leveraged by Area Product Groups in Consumer Branded Card. You will help lead complex technology programs and projects that create value for our customers, employees, and stakeholders. You will apply a broad knowledge of program management principles, practices, and to develop innovative solutions, along with leveraging analytical reasoning and adaptability skills to navigate through ambiguity and change. Your strong communication abilities will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment on program objectives and governance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain program plans, emphasizing concise updates for documentation and executive reporting.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing risk management strategies to minimize impact on program outcomes.
  • Monitor dependencies and other inter-related efforts across teams; oversee escalations to resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Design and execute program touchpoints with product teams for status reporting.
  • Ensure transparency across the program, making sure stakeholders feel well informed.
  • Compile and communicate key decisions and updates on business activities to generate cross-team and cross-product awareness.
  • Partner with the Head of Operations to develop, document, and refine processes for critical business functions that occur on a regular cadence. These include executive updates, portfolio road mapping, offsites, workshops, fiscal budget planning, and resourcing.
  • Facilitate progress by ensuring teams have the tools and resources they need to complete deliverables.
  • Drive team effectiveness by establishing communication patterns and cadences that build culture.
  • Cultivate a positive team operating model by monitoring morale and escalating friction points.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 7+ years of program management experience. Familiarity with product management is preferred.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to synthesize complex program updates.
  • Strong graphic design, data visualization, and storytelling abilities.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated to deliver customer-obsessed products, drive product releases, and flexibly adapt to internal & market forces. 
  • Passion for digital technology, and digital product management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: able to present facts, thoughts, and ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Able to influence and collaborate across a wide array of cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with structure and clarity.
