Job Purpose
Reporting to the Senior Director, Growth & Product Marketing, the Growth Content Marketing Manager will own and scale our end-to-end content engine across Corporate, B2B, and B2C audiences. This role bridges creative storytelling and data-driven growth marketing-responsible for building high-converting long-form assets (white papers, case studies, website copy) alongside short-form social and digital campaigns.
The ideal candidate combines strong editorial skills with an analytical mindset. You will not only distill complex clinical, AI, and healthcare technology data into compelling narratives, but you will also rigorously track, measure, and optimize your work to demonstrate tangible ROI, pipeline influence, and measurable health outcomes.
You'll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, HR, and Executive Leadership to elevate Welldoc's voice and thought leadership in the market, strengthen engagement, and position us as a thought leader in digital health.
Responsibilities
Growth & Long-Form Content Production
  • Conceptualize, write, and produce high-impact B2B growth marketing collateral, including in-depth case studies, clinical white papers, ROI briefs, e-books, and website landing page copy.
  • Distill complex clinical data, SaMD capabilities, and AI technology into clear, engaging value propositions for health plans, enterprise employers, health systems, and consumers.
  • Manage the cross-functional content calendar, ensuring timely execution of long-form assets, sales enablement tools, and campaign launch materials.

Social Media & Campaign Execution
  • Build and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Corporate, B2B, and B2C channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms).
  • Design and produce engaging social-first messaging and visual assets (posts, carousels, videos, reels) that clearly convey Welldoc's story, thought leadership, and point of view.
  • Support corporate communications/PR social initiatives to amplify messaging with key media, industry influencers, and executive thought leadership.

Paid Media, Performance & ROI Measurement
  • Manage paid social campaigns end-to-end (LinkedIn, Meta, Google Display), optimizing for awareness, engagement, lead generation, Cost-Per-Lead (CPL), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Track and evaluate the performance of all short- and long-form content initiatives
    using marketing analytics platforms (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Salesforce).
  • Translate content performance data into actionable insights, establishing clear ROI metrics that link content engagement directly to pipeline growth and business outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Clinical, and Regulatory teams to ensure all content reflects Welldoc's high standards of clinical rigor, FDA compliance, and technical innovation.
  • Use AI-powered marketing tools to scale content creation, personalize messaging, and stay ahead of platform and search trends.
  • Act as an internal subject matter expert on growth content and social media performance, presenting campaign analytics and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in growth content marketing, B2B copywriting, or social media management within healthcare, digital health, or health tech.
  • Proven Track Record in Multi-Format Content: Demonstrated experience writing both long-form assets (white papers, case studies, website copy) and short-form paid/organic social content. (Portfolio or campaign links required).
  • Data-Driven & ROI-Focused: Hands-on experience with reporting, A/B testing, marketing analytics, and linking content metrics to business outcomes and ROI.
  • Paid Media Expertise: Hands-on experience creating, managing, and optimizing paid social campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, Google) for lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Clinical & Technical Acumen: Excellent writing skills with a proven ability to interpret and simplify complex clinical data, scientific principles, and AI healthcare concepts for diverse enterprise and consumer audiences.
  • Design & AI Tools: Proficiency with visual design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma) and familiarity with AI-driven content and optimization tools.
  • Other skills:
    • Collaborative, curious, and willing to learn, with a proactive approach to testing new strategies and tools.
    • Experience navigating healthcare-specific compliance (i.e., clinical, regulatory) for digital content.
    • Knowledge of SEO principles and how they connect to digital content strategy.
    • Familiarity with social listening and audience engagement platforms.
    • A plus: Experience managing other aspects of marketing, including events and speaking engagements as needed.

Welldoc operates in ISO 13485 and MDSAP regulated and HITRUST and SOC 2 Type II compliant environments. Therefore, it is expected that all employees will have either prior experience working in those environments or will be trained to understand the requirements needed to work and support those requirements and culture as they relate to individual roles and responsibilities.

Compensation & Benefits
Welldoc offers a competitive compensation package which, in addition to salary, includes generous PTO, medical insurance, dental insurance, vision care, life and disability insurance, retirement benefits. and the opportunity to participate in health savings accounts and/or dependent care accounts. While the anticipated salary range for this position is between $85,000-$125,000/year with the expectation that most candidates will fall around the midpoint of the range. Exceptional candidates may exceed the range if education and experience warrant.
Upon receipt of a conditional offer of employment, you may be required to complete and clear a multi-panel drug screening process.
