POLYWOOD® is looking for a Product Syndication Specialist who thrives in a data driven environment and enjoys work that blends product content management, system accuracy, and digital distribution. This role is perfect for someone who loves detail, values structure, and wants to play a key role in how our products show up across major retail and e-commerce platforms.


What You’ll Do:

• Manage and maintain large scale product catalogs including configurable product variations and composite structures.

• Maintain product data across systems including PIM (Salsify), ERP (Acumatica), and digital asset repositories.

• Support product content distribution across major retail partners including Lowe’s, Wayfair, Amazon, Home Depot, and Sam’s Club.

• Ensure product content meets retailer taxonomy, attribute, and digital asset requirements.

• Support product launches, catalog updates, and lifecycle changes across multiple channels.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in product content management, e-commerce operations, or product information management.

• Experience working with Product Information Management platforms such as Salsify.

• Experience managing product listings across retailer portals or marketplace platforms.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
