Job Summary

Manages development and delivery of employee communications that promote clarity, alignment, and engagement across the organization. Oversees planning, production, and distribution of content for multiple employee segments and channels. Partners with leaders and cross-functional teams to translate business priorities into clear, actionable messages. Supervises communications professionals and ensures consistency with brand, culture, and organizational values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develops strategy for communications programs and campaigns across channels.
  • Supervises communications staff, assigning work, providing feedback, and supporting professional development.
  • Partners with leadership to translate strategic priorities into clear messaging frameworks and editorial plans.
  • Oversees content standards, review processes, and quality control to ensure accuracy, accessibility, inclusivity and adherance to brand standards.
  • Coordinates measurement, reporting, and continuous improvement using engagement and feedback data.
  • Aligns internal messaging with organizational culture, values, and Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
  • Manages vendor and budget needs related to employee communications activities.
Education Qualifications
  • Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience
  • Work Experience: 7+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field, including 2–3 years in a supervisory capacity required.
Certifications and Licenses
  • Certifications and Licenses: Communication Management Professional (CMP) or Accredited in Public Relations (APR) certification preferred.

Anticipated starting pay range: $124,000.00- $186,000.00
