Job description

Role: Director of Product Management

Location: Seattle, Washington (Hybrid)

Harrison Clarke is partnering with a stealth startup building the operating system for enterprise AI, tackling one of the fastest-growing and least understood cost centers in modern organisations. As companies invest heavily in generative AI without clear visibility, the platform brings control, enabling leaders to track usage, measure impact, and scale responsibly. Founded by former senior leaders from a global tech giant and supported by deep research and major cloud partnerships, the team is defining a new category at the intersection of AI and enterprise infrastructure.

This company have reached an important inflection point and are looking to bring onboard a hands-on Product Leader who will own major areas of their platform.

This role requires someone who can understand complex technical and financial problems, turn them into clear product experiences, and make sound decisions with incomplete information. It is a hands-on role in an early-stage company, with significant influence over product direction.

Role Requirements:

  • Own strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for major areas of a customer-facing AI platform
  • Lead discovery with CIOs, CFOs, product leaders, AI platform teams, and engineers to uncover high-value use cases
  • Translate complex technical and financial problems - AI cost, performance, value, and governance - into clear product requirements
  • Define how customers measure business KPIs, unit economics, and cost-to-value ratios
  • Build capabilities for comparing AI agents, models, prompts, and architectures across cost, quality, latency, reliability, and business outcomes
  • Work closely with engineering on telemetry, SDKs, APIs, integrations, data models, and cloud architecture
  • Define product metrics and use customer behavior and feedback to guide decisions

Profile Signals:

  • 10+ years of product management or related product leadership experience
  • Proven track record building and scaling complex B2B or enterprise software
  • Experience taking products from customer discovery through launch, adoption, and iteration
  • Background in data-intensive products such as analytics, observability, financial management, cloud infrastructure, developer tools, or AI platforms
  • Strong customer discovery skills across both executive and technical audiences
  • Technical fluency with APIs, SDKs, telemetry, integrations, data pipelines, and cloud platforms
  • Deep understanding of metrics, product analytics, and evidence-based decision making
  • Experience working closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success
  • Comfortable working hands-on in an early-stage company with changing priorities
