Our Opportunity:

Chewy is looking for an Ads Analytics Manager to join the Chewy Ads team. This role will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Ad Operations to deliver analytics that inform business decisions, support product development, and improve performance across the Chewy advertising ecosystem.
The Ads Analytics Manager will translate business needs into actionable insights, build and maintain high-quality dashboards, and support revenue-driving initiatives through strong analytical execution and domain expertise in digital advertising. This role requires the ability to independently structure analytical problems while collaborating cross-functionally to influence outcomes through data.
The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical foundation, experience in digital or performance marketing, and a passion for using data to improve products and business results.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the development and execution of key analytics initiatives across Chewy Ads products and systems

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data to generate insights that inform product and business decisions

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Ad Operations to shape analytics requirements and support product releases and operational processes

  • Drive performance and yield optimization efforts through data analysis and monitoring

  • Build, own, and maintain business and system dashboards that enable stakeholders to track performance and identify opportunities

  • Leverage domain knowledge of the ads ecosystem to identify and support revenue-generating features, experiments, and projects

  • Serve as a trusted analytics partner by answering complex questions requiring end-to-end understanding of data flows and system behavior

  • Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders at varying levels, providing data-backed recommendations

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or similar)

  • 5–7 years of relevant analytics or data experience; ads, marketing, or ecommerce analytics preferred

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with analytics tools such as Snowflake, Tableau (or equivalent), Airflow, and related technologies

  • Experience building dashboards and visualizations that support business decision-making

  • Ability to independently structure analytical problems and deliver clear, actionable insights

  • Solid understanding of digital advertising and performance marketing concepts

  • Strong collaboration skills and comfort working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment

  • Customer-first mindset and passion for improving end-to-end experiences through data

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience with digital advertising platforms and ecommerce performance marketing (Search, Social, Display, DSPs)

  • Exposure to yield optimization or monetization analytics

  • Experience supporting advertiser-facing or stakeholder-facing reporting

The base salary range for this role is $110,500 - $176,000.00.
  • The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.
