Position Summary

We are seeking dependable, hardworking, and safety-focused General Labor / Production Associates to join our growing manufacturing team in Houston, TX. This role plays a critical part in supporting daily production operations by assisting with product preparation, packaging, material handling, sanitation, and quality control while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in producing quality products, and is committed to working as part of a collaborative team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily production and packaging operations to meet customer demand and production schedules.
  • Load raw materials and ingredients into production equipment following established procedures.
  • Package, label, stack, and palletize finished products accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform visual quality inspections to ensure products meet company specifications.
  • Operate basic production equipment and safely use material handling equipment as trained.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards.
  • Assist with inventory movement, receiving, staging, and shipping activities as needed.
  • Follow all company safety policies, food safety regulations, and sanitation procedures.
  • Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or safety hazards promptly to supervisors.
