We're looking for someone with previous quality experience in a manufacturing environment to join our dynamic team as a Quality Inspector and help us continue producing world-class boats.
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for assisting in daily QA activities as assigned for various areas of boat and trailer plant. Duties include part and process inspections, process reviews, QA projects, reporting, and all other duties as assigned.
JOB DUTIES:
  • Assist daily QA inspection workflow at assigned area
  • Assist in interdepartmental communication of QA Department process
  • Perform data logging
  • Assist in QA projects and procedures at assigned area
  • Confirm product is built to work order and quality specifications
  • Fill out and file proper check sheets and reports
  • Cross assist inside Quality Department
  • Any other duties or training assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Understanding of Skeeter QA Processes
  • Understanding of boat and trailer mechanical systems
  • Understanding of boat and trailer cosmetic appearance
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Working ability of MS Office products
  • Ability to read and write English
  • Color sensitivity
  • Work overtime as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in heat
  • Ability to work around fumes, chemicals, dirt and dust
