Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Manufacturing Quality Inspector III to join a growing manufacturing team in Arlington. If you have a strong quality background, enjoy working with precision measuring tools, and take pride in ensuring products meet exact specifications, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:
  • Perform detailed inspections on machined parts and manufactured components.
  • Use precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools.
  • Verify parts meet blueprint specifications, dimensions, and tolerance requirements.
  • Identify machining defects, dimensional discrepancies, and quality concerns.
  • Document inspection results and communicate findings with production teams.
  • Help maintain quality standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing quality control environment.
  • ASNT TC-1A Level II Certification required; NDT experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of precision measurements, tolerances, and inspection techniques.
  • Experience reading blueprints and engineering drawings.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
