Job Summary:
The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for managing the procurement of HVAC materials, equipment, and services. The ideal candidate has experience in purchasing for the HVAC or construction industry and is familiar with procurement software and processes.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and purchase HVAC parts, and materials in a cost-effective and timely manner.
  • Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring that materials are available to support operations without overstocking.
  • Track and monitor orders, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any delays or issues with vendors.
  • Collaborate with the project management and service teams to forecast material needs for upcoming projects.
  • Evaluate supplier performance regularly and recommend changes as necessary.
