Job description

Amazon Global Supply Chain and Transportation Procurement (GSCTP) is seeking a Procurement Manager to support vendor sourcing and management for our export transportation operations. Our team oversees $3+ billion in annual spend across 600+ arcs and 45+ suppliers with worldwide delivery capabilities.
You'll execute vendor negotiations within your assigned lanes, support RFP processes, conduct rate analyses, and manage vendor evaluations as part of a broader sourcing team. You'll coordinate with internal stakeholder teams across export operations, finance, and supply chain planning

A successful candidate will contribute to improved financial results, operational performance, and capacity growth by managing assigned vendor relationships and delivering sourcing milestones on schedule.
Key job responsibilities
- Execute contract negotiations within your assigned vendor portfolio, delivering measurable financial contributions through improved pricing, terms, and operational performance with guidance from senior procurement managers.
- Manage assigned vendor relationships and support sourcing initiatives using established sourcing strategies, including RFP execution, vendor evaluations, rate negotiations, and stakeholder presentations across 2-3 concurrent projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams across export operations, finance, controllership, planning, and supply chain design to align procurement activities with business objectives and deliver project milestones on schedule.

Our team is committed to building strong partnerships with logistics providers while delivering measurable value to Amazon. We work collaboratively across multiple functions - from operations to finance to supply chain design - to align procurement strategy with broader business objectives

We're focused on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and sustainable practices. Joining our team means contributing to a mission that connects Amazon's global operations and helps us serve customers around the world more effectively.
