Job description

Obiettivo:

Guidare la funzione Procurement di Gruppo, assicurando controllo e disciplina operativa, costruendo una struttura scalabile a supporto della crescita. Garantire la piena integrazione dei processi nei sistemi informativi aziendali, con forte presidio dei dati e dei principi di governance (Segregation of Duties).
Responsabilita Principali:

STRATEGIA E GOVERNANCE 

  • Contribuisce alla definizione e implementazione della strategia acquisti di Gruppo.
  • Definisce e garantisce l'applicazione di policy, procedure e standard operativi in coerenza con i valori del Gruppo e i requisiti dei Brand.
  • Presidia l'implementazione dei principi di Segregation of Duties nei flussi acquisti.
  • Monitora la compliance normativa, contrattuale e procedurale.
  • Garantisce il presidio del rischio contrattuale fornitori, assicurando visibilita preventiva su impegni economici e potenziali esposizioni finanziarie.

COORDINAMENTO TEAM ACQUISTI

  • Responsabile della disciplina operativa delle funzioni acquisti locali,
  • Esercita autorita funzionale su processi, procedure e utilizzo dei sistemi.
  • Riporto gerarchico dei Purchasing Manager delle strutture
  • Garantisce l'allineamento agli standard operativi e ai requisiti dei Brand.
  • Monitora l'uniformazione delle pratiche locali

CONTROLLO OPERATIVO E PERFORMANCE ACQUISTI

  • Monitora livelli delle scorte e rotazioni di magazzino nelle strutture
  • Analizza fabbisogni previsionali e dei consumi effettivi
  • Individua inefficienze operative e definisce azioni correttive
  • Collabora con il Finance nell'ambito dei controlli interni

ANALISI DATI

  • Analizza dati degli acquisti su grandi volumi e contesto multi-societa
  • Sviluppa dashboard e KPI di monitoraggio
  • Individua inefficienze, anomalie, concentrazione fornitori
  • Supporta il Direttore Finanziario nella lettura economica e nella pianificazione

SISTEMI E PROCESSI

  • Progetta e implementa i processi acquisti dell'ERP
  • Collabora con l'IT per l'integrazione e l'evoluzione dei sistemi 
  • Definizione workflow autorizzativi digitali in coerenza con le linee guida della Direzione Finanziari
  • Implementa controlli automatici (budget, limiti,Segregation of Duties )
  • Presidia la qualita dati e delle anagrafiche dei fornitori

Profilo Ideale:

  • Esperienza minima 5 anni in ambito Procurement strutturato, preferibilmente 7-10 anni con esposizione a contesti multi-sede o complessi e implementazione di processi e sistemi.

  • Solida capacita di analisi dati (Excel avanzato / BI tools / ERP reporting).

  • Esperienza concreta in implementazione o ottimizzazione sistemi ERP.

  • Attitudine al lavoro trasversale con Finance, IT, Operations.

  • Inglese fluente

  • Laurea in discipline economiche o ingegneria gestionale
