The Opportunity

As an Engineering Technician Summer Intern at Black & Veatch, you will play a meaningful role in addressing some of the world's most critical infrastructure challenges. This internship offers the opportunity to contribute to diverse, impactful projects that support our clients' goals while fostering your professional growth and advancing the success of Black & Veatch.

Chosen candidates will be located in (or relocate to) Overland Park (KS), Ann Arbor (MI), Bloomington (MN), Chattanooga (TN), Dallas (TX), Denver (CO), Houston (TX), Orlando (FL), Raleigh (NC), or Tualatin (OR)

Duties may include
  • As a Intern, you will work with the Virtual Design & Data Solutions Team and serve as a resource for an assigned function: Civil, Mechanical, Structural or Electrical.
  • Utilize drafting and modeling software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, Revit
  • Meet budget and scheduling restraints
