Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Operations and Procurement Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our IT Procurement and Asset Management functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, process execution, inventory management, and hands-on technical logistics. You will play a critical role in ensuring technology equipment is accurately provisioned, tracked, tested, packaged, and delivered to end users across the company.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Provision, configure, and quality check PCs and other end-user technology equipment.
  • Prepare, pack, ship, receive, and track IT equipment for associates and field locations.
  • Maintain accurate asset inventory records and support equipment lifecycle management activities.
  • Coordinate device deployments, refreshes, repairs, and lease return activities with IT teams and vendors.
  • Process IT purchase requests and ensure systems of record are updated accurately and timely.
  • Assist with inventory audits, reporting, and operational process documentation.
  • Respond to equipment and procurement-related inquiries, providing excellent customer service to associates.
  • Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities that ensure the efficient delivery of technology services across NVR.
Job Qualifications
  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Experience working with inventory, logistics, shipping, receiving, or operational support processes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2-5 years experience with IT asset management, procurement, inventory management, or help desk operations
  • Familiarity with laptop imaging, provisioning, or hardware deployment processes
  • Experience working with vendors and purchase order systems
  • Knowledge of technology hardware and peripherals
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout office and storage areas as needed
  • Ability to inspect equipment and documentation for quality and accuracy
