Job description

Job Summary:
Accenture Federal Services is a technology company dedicated to helping the US federal government enhance national security and improve public services. They are seeking an Oracle EBS Procure to Pay (P2P) Functional Analyst to design complex applications in Oracle E-Business Suite, develop functional specifications, and ensure that custom components meet application requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Perform the detailed design of complex applications in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) for financial modules by troubleshooting and customizing technical architecture components.
• Develop functional specifications and support customizations to make sure that the custom components meet application requirements and performance goals.
• Analyze business and functional requirements to determine appropriate technical solutions.
• Primarily responsible for the functional design and development of Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows (RICEW) objects and components within Oracle EBS related to modules such as Federal Financials, Project Billing/Costing/Mtg, Purchasing, Payables, and Receivables.
• Assists in development of application user support documentations, user guides, training materials.
• Participate in the testing phase to fix any defects and performance problems and conduct complete technical reviews, support code migration, and provide technical artifacts Oracle OA Framework.

Required:
• Experience with Oracle EBS Financials (Purchasing, Accounts Payable)
• Experience with troubleshooting Production issues and provide resolution to customer
• Experience with configuration and update functional designs
