Job Description

As a Business Process Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting Global Business Process Leaders by optimizing and enhancing business processes. Key deliverables of this program include streamlined processes, standardized governance, an integrated data model, connected quotes across our portfolio, and opportunity linkage between new, renew, and cross-sell/upsell - ultimately providing a 360-degree view of our customer.

You will report to the Global Business Process Manager and work in a hybrid environment from either our Milwaukee, Wisconsin or Mayfield Heights, Ohio office locations.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Transition processes and delivers high-quality service to internal and external customers in a timely manner.
  • Reduce customer efforts and enhance productivity through process improvements.
  • Optimize processes to solve root cause problems.
  • Enable the ecosystem for potential automation.
  • Enhance competency levels in a planned manner.
  • Work on issues of limited scope and follow established practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data.
  • Analyze, plan, and implement process improvement needs.
  • Evaluate and model existing processes, organize and lead cross-functional projects, identify improvement options, and develop metrics for process management.
  • Document current and future state process artifacts such as workflows, along with other key deliverables.
  • Collect data to identify root cause problems, measure performance against process requirements, and align improvement projects to close performance shortfalls.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • 5+ years of business-related experience in relevant industries.
  • Experience with product configuration, quoting or proposal management, pricing products and pricing systems.
  • Experience with Salesforce, SAP - CRM, ERP, ECC, BI platforms (i.e., Power BI, Salesforce CRM Analytics).
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms (i.e., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce CRM).
  • Proficiency in SAP Signavio or similar tool for business process management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Visio or similar tool specifically for process modeling and diagramming.
  • Experience with Miro for collaborative whiteboarding and agile project management.
  • Proficiency in Excel VBA, RPA, and MS Flows for automation and data analysis.
  • Business Knowledge: Knowledge of Rockwell Automation's operating segments and business functions is advantageous.
  • Experience in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, including DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) and continuous improvement techniques.
