What you'll be doing:

     You'll complete a wide variety of departmental tasks such as policy modifications, premium refunds, decline processing.

     You'll review policy terms and make requested adjustments in accordance with those terms.

     You'll multi-task to complete assigned tasks and assist with customer requests.

     You'll meet department production goals while completing tasks.

What skills and experience you'll bring on this journey:

     You'll have a proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

     You'll be a team player with a positive attitude.

     You'll have the ability to multi-task and manage a multitude of tasks daily.

     You'll possess problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.

     You'll have the ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule from 8 AM - 4PM in addition to month close schedule/extra hours to maintain service levels.
