As a Process Manager on the C&O SEA Team, you can achieve results you never thought possible by leading critical and strategic business projects. In this exciting role you will work closely with key stakeholders to deliver results that will have a lasting impact. The C&O SEA Team is committed to supporting high performing, scalable and well managed operations within the Branch and Cafe ecosystem. The Team is passionate about creating and managing a sustainable infrastructure, and removing impediments so our frontline can deliver an amazing digital and on-site experience for our Customers.

General Responsibilities:

  • Lead moderate to complex projects, processes and programs.

  • Responsible for process ownership across Branch and Cafe Operations.

  • Ongoing scheduled review and maintenance of process and procedures.

  • Responsible for program level communication planning and ensuring stakeholders are informed.

  • Accountable for timely execution of the review process and the data integrity within the program.

  • Responsible for identifying, communicating, and remediating process/project gaps

  • Utilize data driven insights to design, develop, and manage process documentation in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements

  • Ensuring processes are being documented appropriately to mitigate risk and to be delivered on time.

  • Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive process/program efforts.

  • Runs retrospectives and analyzes output of reviews to inform program enhancements.

  • Have excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes.

  • Partnering cross-functionally with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery

Location: This role is hybrid, where you will be expected to spend 3 days per week working in office and the remainder of the week working virtually.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification

  • At least 5 years of experience with Project or Process Management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Military experience

  • 6+ years of experience with Project or Process Management

  • PMP, BPM, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA: $88,800 - $101,300 for Sr. Process Manager


Richmond, VA: $80,800 - $92,200 for Sr. Process Manager










Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
