Plant Manager Now Hiring - Plant Manager Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced and professional Plant Manager for an exciting manufacturing opportunity in Allison, IA.

The Plant Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the facility and is accountable for achieving operational and performance targets.

This position will supervise employees within a manufacturing and/or industrial paint environment, plan and assign work, implement policies and procedures, and recommend improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures, and working conditions.

Plant Manager Responsibilities
  • Ensure effective employee relations by providing employee coaching and development, providing input into employment decisions, and resolving employee issues through effective problem resolution.

  • Ability to effectively use multiple computer systems and software programs.
  • Manufacturing and/or industrial paint experience preferred.
