Job Description:
About the Role:
The Processing Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery to meet line standards, ensuring product quality, and supporting efficient, continuous production. You will add value by doing the following including but not limited to:
  • Monitor product flow and adjust machine speed to maintain efficient production

  • Remove defective products from the line to ensure quality standards are met

  • Perform minor maintenance and adjustments on the machine as needed

  • Follow plant work standards, safety policies, and productivity requirements

  • Maintain a clean work area and complete housekeeping duties as assigned

  • Maintain regular attendance and dependable work performance

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, food defense, and food quality standards; perform other duties as assigned

Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on 1st shift, which operates from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday with some Saturdays.
Pay: Pay starting at $26.36/Hr.
About You:

  • Prior experience in a food manufacturing or similar production environment is preferred

  • Basic understanding of math and have knowledge of measurements, associated with the reading of a caliper or measuring instrument
