Club Manager – Anytime Fitness

Lead a Team. Change Lives. Love Your Work.

Full-Time | $35,000–$50,000 Base + Uncapped Monthly Sales Commissions

Ready to love what you do every single day?

At Anytime Fitness, we don’t just sell gym memberships — we transform lives. We’re looking for a high-energy, people-loving, goal-crushing Club Manager who’s ready to inspire a team, connect with a community, and grow a club that makes a real impact.

This is more than a management job — it’s a leadership opportunity to build something meaningful, develop others, and make fitness fun again.

What You’ll Be Doing (And Loving):

Be the Heart of the Club

  • Run the show day-to-day — from making the gym spotless to keeping the energy high
  • Coach your team to success (and celebrate their wins!)
  • Create a positive, motivating, and welcoming space for everyone who walks through the door

Sell with Heart

  • Guide potential members to say “yes” to a better life
  • Use our proven sales system (it’s more inspiring than pushy — we promise!)
  • Hit your goals and earn uncapped monthly bonuses

Get Loud in the Community

  • Connect with local businesses, plan cool events, and be the face of Anytime Fitness
  • Rock your club’s social media presence and get creative with promotions

Coach and Lead Training

  • Spend about 1/3 of your time coaching 1:1 and small group workouts
  • Motivate and inspire — no matter the fitness level
  • Use heart rate monitors and fun formats to help members see results and love the process

What We’re Looking For:

  • Outgoing + Driven: You’re the kind of person who lights up a room
  • Sales-Savvy: You know how to connect with people and help them say "yes"
  • Fitness-Loving: You live the lifestyle and want to help others do the same
  • Flexible + Focused: You’re cool with working Saturdays and staying agile
  • Leader at Heart: You build trust, lead by example, and inspire people to grow

What You’ll Need:

  • Must be 18 or older
  • High school diploma required; fitness-related degree a plus
  • Sales or management experience preferred (but not required — we train!)
  • Comfortable making calls, following up with leads, and being proactive
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and move around a gym setting
  • Strong time management and communication skills

Perks & Benefits:

  • Base salary of $35,000–$50,000 (based on experience)
  • Uncapped monthly sales commissions
  • Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) for qualified employees
  • Paid time off + holiday pay
  • 401(k) plan
  • Tuition assistance for NASM Personal Training Certification
  • Free gym membership
  • Career growth & leadership development opportunities
  • Casual, fitness-forward dress code
  • Uniforms provided

Schedule:

  • Full-time
  • Flexible weekday hours + some Saturdays (Oct–Mar)
  • Staffed hours vary seasonally
