Reports to: Sr Manager, GPO

The Senior Analyst, Global Process Owner (GPO) supports the Global Process Owners with their future-state design, governance, standardization, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide business processes. This role serves as a key partner across business functions, technology teams, and operational stakeholders to drive process excellence, improve user experience, accelerate transformation initiatives, and ensure alignment to enterprise priorities.

The Senior Analyst acts as a process specialist and change agent, helping identify opportunities for global standards, measure process performance, and support implementation of scalable process solutions. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, collaboration skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders across functions without direct authority.

What You'll Do:

Process Governance & Standards

  • Support Global Process Owners in maintaining enterprise process governance frameworks, standards, and operating models.
  • Maintain process documentation, ownership structures, controls, risks, and governance artifacts within the enterprise process repository.
  • Support governance reviews, decision-making forums, and process compliance activities.
  • Ensure process documentation aligns with established process management methodologies and enterprise standards.
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive consistency, standardization, and transparency across end-to-end business processes.

Process Design and Documentation

  • Document and maintain current-state and future-state business process flows, roles, decision points, controls, and system interactions.
  • Facilitate process mapping workshops and capture business requirements, opportunities, decisions, and action items.
  • Support cross-functional process redesign and transformation initiatives by documenting and aligning end-to-end process requirements.
  • Ensure process dependencies and handoffs across functions are clearly defined and documented.
  • Utilize SAP Signavio and other process management tools to support enterprise process documentation and governance activities.

KPI & Performance Management

  • Support the development and maintenance of process performance measures aligned to business objectives.
  • Track process performance, identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities, and provide insights to Global Process Owners and business stakeholders.
  • Prepare KPI reporting inputs, governance materials, and dashboard support content for leadership reviews.
  • Support periodic process performance reviews and follow-up actions to improve process effectiveness and adoption.
  • Monitor process health metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Continuous Improvement & Transformation

  • Support process improvement initiatives focused on standardization, simplification, automation, and operational effectiveness.
  • Analyze process data, stakeholder feedback, and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities and business risks.
  • Assist in the evaluation, prioritization, and implementation of process improvement initiatives aligned to GPO priorities.

What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field required.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in business process analysis, enterprise transformation, operational excellence, project management, process governance or other related roles required.
  • Experience supporting process owners within a global operating model or shared services environment required.
  • Experience maintaining enterprise process documentation, process governance materials, and standard process design templates required.
  • Experience documenting and updating cross-functional end-to-end business process flows required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP Signavio certification.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
  • Knowledge of APQC Process Classification Framework or comparable process architecture framework.
  • Process mining or operational analytics experience.
  • ERP experience such as SAP, Oracle, JDE, or comparable enterprise platforms.
  • Experience in Global Business Services, shared services, finance transformation, procurement transformation, or enterprise transformation office environments.
  • Hands-on SAP Signavio Process Manager experience preferred; comparable BPM tools such as ARIS, iGrafx, Bizagi, Camunda, or Visio BPMN may be considered.
  • Working knowledge of BPMN 2.0 modeling standards and process documentation best practices.
  • Experience supporting KPI reporting, process dashboards, Power BI or equivalent analytics platforms.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
  • Understanding of process architecture, taxonomy management, metadata, process controls, and RACI structures.

What You'll Receive:

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position is $92,000 to $115,000. Placement in the range depends on several factors such as experience, skills, geography and internal equity and may change over time. This position qualifies for benefits and you will be eligible to participate in a bonus plan.
