Payments Processing Manager

Duration: 6-12 months with possible extension

Location: Pittsburgh-Need to come to office for face to face round of interview

Salary Range: $40- $45 an hour on W2/C2C

Job Description:

• Experience in payments domain in the banking sector

• Ensure resolution provided to client queries raised on time by team members through continuous monitoring of emails to team common drops

• Manage a team and improving team performance on various KPIs

• Identify process re-engineering opportunities and invoke GB/Yellowbelt projects as necessary to execute the projects

• Review performance metrics (productivity and quality levels) of the team to drive operations excellence in the operations environment

• Complete system updates, documentation and follow record management/maintenance guidelines

• Manage client communication and ensure there is a robust communication framework with the client

• Manage process/system related issues to ensure nil impact to client

• Perform periodical risk review of the process to ensure controls are put in place

• Adhere to all documentation and audit requirements & regulations

• Adhere to the information security & compliance guidelines

• Create succession planning in the team and retain talent via initiatives

• Reduce communication gap between onshore and offshore partners

• Identify possibilities to expand business

• Ability to work on and draft business continuity plan for the process

• Closely work with product team and ensure seamless execution of pipeline projects

• Review of EOD reports to ensure all the transactions for the day has been processed and there is no exceptions involved

Preferably post graduate (finance)/MBA (with relevant industry experience)

Knowledge of MS Office, experience in payments processing & investigation

Experience with banks/NBFCs/BPO and specifically in migrations & transitions
