Job Summary and Qualifications

Assumes leadership responsibility for this department by assisting the Director of Surgical Services in the orientation, development & management of personnel assigned to CSP. Assists in meeting the standards of compliance, accreditation & regulatory bodies regarding supply & instrument processing & sterilization. Aids in the development, review & revision of policies and procedures. Directs a variety of sterile processing functions to maintain smooth operation of CSP. 


What qualifications you will need:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.  
  • Certification from an approved CSP technical program. 
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date  
  • 3-5 years sterile processing experience preferred. 
  • Lead or supervisor experience preferred
