What We Are Looking For

The Executive Assistant to the CEO serves as a critical partner to Thread Bankโ€™s Chief Executive Officer, providing high-level administrative support and enabling the CEO to focus on strategic priorities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage confidential information with the utmost discretion. The EA will interface regularly with board members, regulators, investors, fintech partners, and senior leaders on behalf of the CEO, and must represent the office of the CEO professionally in all interactions.

What youโ€™ll do

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize meeting materials, presentations, and reports.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare expense reports and process invoices.
  • Provide general administrative support to the executive team.
  • Coordinate board meeting logistics, including scheduling, material preparation, and distribution of board packages.
  • Serve as a point of contact for board members, investors, regulators, and fintech partners, managing correspondence and scheduling on the CEOโ€™s behalf.
  • Manage and triage high-volume executive correspondence, prioritizing and routing communications appropriately.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special projects as assigned by the executive team.
  • Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports on project-related topics.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to the executive team.
  • Manage project documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the CEO or business needs.

Qualifications

  • 4โ€“6 years of experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably in a financial services, banking, or fintech environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proven experience in project management and coordination.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to draft correspondence and materials on behalf of senior leadership.
  • Must be detail oriented and have a high level of ownership and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel.
